In February 2015, the ROC and the Foundation "Skolkovo" signed an agreement on partnership and the establishment of Skolkovo Center for Scientific research and experimental development (R & D) in the face of the Innovation Center of the Olympic Committee of Russia.

For two days the participants Startup Village began more than 10 000 people - representatives of startups from Russia, CIS and other countries, including more than 700 investors, venture capital funds and development institutions, governments and the media.
